Family therapy with us is about getting everyone out of "fight, freeze, or silent mode" and back into real conversation. We look at what's happening between family members, not just what's "wrong" with one person.

In sessions, parents and kids learn to listen without jumping in, express big feelings without shaming or shutting down, and set healthier boundaries that work in real life. We might tackle homework battles, blended family tension, or the strain of illness or divorce.

With my background in education and years of sitting with families in hard seasons, I keep things structured yet relaxed so no one feels ganged up on. The goal is a home that feels a little calmer, kinder, and easier to come back to at the end of the day.
